If you've ever seen that one clown movie, you'll know how this post connects to it. Well, somewhat... Pancake Circus is a food staple in Sacramento. My Pops told me he use to come here when he was a little dude. My only hope is that it'll still be open when I take my kids here in the future.

Since 1970, the place has been serving up the best pancakes in town. Ask around. Fruit-on-top pancakes with whipped cream, regular buttermilk pancakes, Belgian waffles, French toast, omelets, corned beef and hash, blah-blah-blah... you get the point.
